The content of the Service and all elements thereof such as texts, graphics, photos, mechanisms, software and others are protected by copyright, act of 4 February 1994 on copyright and related rights (Journal of Laws of 1994, no. 24, item 83).
In accordance with copyright and property law as well as regulations on databases protection, act of 27 July 2001 on the protection of databases (Journal of Laws of 2001, no.128, item 1402),
User and Registered User receive a non-exclusive, limited license to use the Service.
Without consent of the Operator, User and Registered User do not have the right to sell or use the Service and the content thereof for commercial purposes.
Content of the Service constitutes work as defined in the act on copyright and related rights and shall be protected by the provisions of this act. Without prior and explicit consent of the Operator, copying and further use of the Service, the content and fragments thereof is forbidden.
