The Guggenheim Museum Bilbao opened in 1997 is a museum of modern and contemporary art.

The Houston Museum of Natural Science was founded in 1909.

The American Museum of Natural History (AMNH) was founded in 1869.

The Rijksmuseum was founded in 1800 under the name Nationale Kunst-Gallerij.

One of the most pipular exhibits was the 1953 Jacqueline Bouvier wedding dress when she got married to John F. The Mysore Palace was the official residence of the Princely State of Mysore.
